Stage briefing and start at footpath ‘Y’ junction close to St. Mary’s Church Hall. Continue along footpath and turn right on to Sandy Lane, go through underpass continue on Sandy Lane to Rock Cottages and turn left onto Church Road. Take left turn on to Dewstow  Road, and continue past golf course. Turn right to Highmore Hill. EVENT OFFICIAL VEHICLES ONLY ON THIS SECTION. (see section 6 of the Information Booklet for vehicle restrictions) Turn left at the crossroads and turn left again at the T-junction towards Magor. At 6.1 miles turn right, then follow this lane to the finish, in residential lane on left adjacent to main road, next to the Groes Wen public house. NO PARKING ON A48
