START TIME: 8:30AM, CUT-OFF TIME: 62MINS

Stage briefing will take place in lane adjacent to Skenfrith Castle. Timekeepers will walk runners to start at end of lane at B4521. Start at lane exit on to B4521 towards Abergavenny.

Continue for approximately 5.5 miles and take left turn signposted “White Castle”.

Follow lane and finish in front of castle entrance.
