STAGE: 14 CASTELL-y-BWCH to OLIVE TREE, 5.1 Miles / 8.3 km, 

START TIME: 18:10, CUT-OFF TIME: 46MINS

Start at ‘T’ junction of Pentre Lane and Trawsmawr Lane. Continue along Pentre Lane and turn left at Three Blackbirds Inn onto Ty Coch Lane. After passing Parkway Hotel turn right on to Llantarnam Industrial Park. Continue and turn left on to Newport Road, then left again on to Llantarnam Road. Turn right towards Boating Lake, cross railway bridge  and complete lap of  lake before turning right over river bridge and on to Llanfrechfa Way. Turn right towards skate park and follow path through North Fields to finish in front of The Olive Tree presentation venue
